RP955 Asphalt Concrete Paver is a construction
machine mainly used for the paving project
on the road base and surface for highway of
various kinds of material. The machine incorporates

super sonic sensor, electric auto-levelling
system, breakdown self-diagnose, dual-tamper
vibration, which makes the machine features

The main features for RP955 Asphalt Concrete

* Driving system with control for right and
left hand separately; computer-control; auto-control
technology for paving with constant speed;
* 4 sets of separate full hydraulic closed
transmission adopted on material distributing
right and left hand ; material level controlled
with super sonic sensor technology, so as
to achieve full proportional even material
feeding;
* Material distributing right and left hand
can move up and down expediently, so as to
adapt the different paving thickness and increase
material prereel complete uniformity;
* Screed with specific technology of dual
tamper bars and hith pressure pulse vibrating
and electric-heating;
* Adopted with an advanced, mature and reliable
Deutz BF6M1013E Water-cooling Diesel Engine,
with a strong power;
* Distributing auger, material distributing
bottom plate and screed bottom plate made
of high wearing-resistant alloy and imported
wearing-resistant material;
* Control panel shows directly and clearly
all working functions, paving, traveling speed;
and could be mounted either at right or left
hand;
* Mobile or contactless sonic sensor auto-levelling
reference beam could be available as an option;
* Three types of screeds can be adopted; one
is hydraulic extensible with single tamper
and double-impact bars, another is Mechanical
extensible with double tempers and pulse vibrator
or high pressure pulse vibrator.
